As your project takes shape, our architecture and construction group, along with pre-opening management services provided by Atmosphere Hospitality Management provides expert guidance through all stages of the LEED process and development, from feasibility and market research to opening for all Atmosphere Hospitality managed-projects. The group reviews and approves all architectural, engineering and interior design plans and specifications throughout the LEED and construction process and participate in the turnover and acceptance process.
The energy savings and carbon emission footprint of Adoba Eco Hotel and Suites is exceptional. Our design teams have come up with "The Adoba Smart Solar Roofing" plan combined with amazingly energy efficient systems in the areas of hot water generation, elevators, landscape design, low volume water fixture design, exterior and interior lighting, green kitchen design, and smart proven energy management systems and technology. Estimated savings are available for each of our superior design elements. The long-term savings in energy use are spectacular and can be validated for each particular location and design build. The jury is no longer out on the systems we have designed into Adoba, they are all factual and time tested and will vary depending on the footprint of each buildings location, topography and geographical footprint.
